Minimum yearly availability of 90 days
Security deposit to be defined by the landlord shall be handled outside of the Boundless Life platform.
Services fees excluded from the rent or special conditions must be expressly included in the information provided to the Family

The Host is responsible for complying with their obligations under applicable laws to report, collect, remit or include in the rent or other fees any applicable VAT or other indirect taxes
