What documents will I need to submit?

For children under 5, no documents are required unless a daycare report is available. For children aged 5 and older, we request at least two of the following:

- A letter of recommendation from an educator or mentor
- A work sample (drawing or short written piece, depending on age)

Yes, if needed, we may invite your family for a brief introductory call to discuss your application in more detail.

How does Boundless Life support children with special needs?

We welcome children with mild to moderate special needs and provide additional support through our Boundless Support team. Please note that we are unable to provide 1:1 support during our programs. If your child requires specific accommodations, our specialists will review your application and work with you to ensure the right educational journey.

What happens after acceptance?

After acceptance, your family will reconnect with your Family Representative to finalize the details of your upcoming experience, including confirming your booking and completing payment. You’ll also receive all essential information to help you prepare for your Boundless Life journey. Please ensure all relevant information has been disclosed during the application process, as undisclosed needs may require us to reassess your placement.

What if our application is not accepted?

A rejection simply means that, at this time, we may not be able to fully meet your family’s specific needs or profile. However, it does not mean Boundless Life won’t be a fit for your family in the future. We encourage you to stay connected and explore future opportunities as your family’s needs and our community evolve.

Families are welcome to reapply after six months, allowing time for any necessary growth, changes, or new circumstances that could better align with our program.

How are children placed into class groups at Boundless Life?

At Boundless Life, we believe mixed-age groupings help children learn and grow together. Older students develop leadership skills, while younger ones learn from role models, building confidence, collaboration, and real-world social skills.

To create the best learning environment, we place children into groups based on age during the admissions process. The only exception is if a child turns the required age at any point during the cohort (within the 3 months), in which case they may be placed in the next age group. Our class groupings are as follows:

Explorers: 1.5 – 5 years old
1.5 – 3 years old
4 – 5 years old

Pathfinders: 6 – 12 years old
6 – 7 years old
8 – 9 years old
10 – 12 years old

Trailblazers: 13 – 14 years old

Once on location, we do not change children’s class allocation
. However, our educators assess each child’s social-emotional development and academic readiness upon arrival. These assessments help us tailor learning experiences within their assigned group. For mastery subjects, children may be placed in small groups slightly above or below their age level, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of challenge and support.

Changes to class placements are based
only on age eligibility and not on requests from parents or the admissions team. Our approach ensures fairness, consistency, and the best learning experience for all children.
