Winning a Fast Company award is one of those moments that feels both surreal and deeply humbling.

To be recognised on this list means your work is not only being seen, but acknowledged as helping define the future.

And while my name may be attached to this post, this recognition belongs to an entire community of people who have poured their hearts into building Boundless Life.

To HR and finance for holding everything together when things get complicated.

To our developers building the systems and technology that keep this whole experience running.To our onsite teams creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and truly like home for our families.

And to every single person solving problems, adapting constantly, wearing multiple hats, and pushing through the uncertainty that comes with building something new.

What we are trying to do is not easy.We are rethinking education, community, work, travel, and family life all at once. That takes an extraordinary amount of grit, resilience, creativity, patience, and heart.

So today, this recognition is not just a celebration of innovation.It is a celebration of people.
