How do I access the platform?
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email with your login credentials. Simply sign in and follow the onboarding steps.
Not able to log in? How do I change my password?
We’re currently working on a self-reset password option. In the meantime, please reach out to booking@boundless.life or contact your Family Rep for assistance.
Can I view my past and upcoming bookings in the portal?
The portal only displays cohorts booked for 2026. Historic data and upcoming 2025 bookings will not be visible in the system.
When are my classroom selections and Boundless Home officially reserved and held for me?
All classroom spaces and Boundless Homes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The classroom spaces and home reservation for your family only occurs after you have reviewed your booking summary and proceeded to officially purchase your selected cohort. Spaces are not held prior to an official booking confirmation.
Can I split payments?
You can pay your 3-month cohort in 3 installments through the booking platform. At the moment, there is no other adjustment that can be made but we’re working on additional installment solutions.
Can I book a 9-month full school-term track in one go?
Currently, our system does not support direct booking for 9-month full school-term tracks. You’ll need to book each cohort separately based on our pre-set tracks or customize your own track.
What if my preferred cohort is unavailable?
Cohort availability may be limited due to Education Center capacity or housing constraints. However, other destinations may have availability for the same cohort dates. If this is your only preferred cohort, contact your Family Rep to explore possible alternatives.
Can I customize my referral code?
With the new platform, you’ll be receiving a new preset code. For the moment, we are not able to customize this code but we’re working on a solution. Please share your new code for the moment and rest assured the credits you’ve generated to-date are protected and will be transferred to you as discount code valid on the new platform.
Why do I need to complete my Family Profile?
Your Family Profile ensures you see real-time available cohorts based on your children's ages and accommodation options that suit your family size. Without completing it, you won’t be able to view booking options that fit your family.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes! Go to Settings (top-right icon) and update your payment details.
What are the protection plan options?
You’ll be able to choose from three custom protection plans we have set up for our families, during checkout—each with different levels of flexibility and refund policies. Be sure to review the details before selecting.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Currently we do not support self-serve changes. If you need adjustments, contact your Family Rep or write into
booking@boundless.life so that we can help you.
