Global Camps for Curious Kids: Boundless Camps blend cultural exploration, adventure, and hands-on fun throughout July and August at stunning international locations.
Small Crews: Campers join “Adventure Crews” with like-aged children, each crew with a dedicated counselor. Daily crew activities include things like nature hikes, maker-projects, sports and outdoor games, arts and crafts, theater games, music and movement activities, team building challenges, large group games and explorations.
Big Adventures: Each camp session includes thoughtfully planned field trips and local outings that connect campers to the culture and environment of their host location. Experiences vary by site and age group and may include museum visits, sailing introductions, farm and food discovery days, adventure parks, science centers, beach explorations, theater performances, and more.
Flexible & Family-Friendly: Mornings begin at an easy pace, giving children time to settle into a calm, nurturing environment – while parents ease into their own version of “adult camp life.”
Optional Extra-Curricular Activities: Families have the option to enroll their child in extra ECA experiences offered at each destination.
A Camp Experience Like No Other
Designed for curiosity and connection.
Our camps blend local culture, friendship-building, skill development and the opportunity to try new things in stunning locations around the world.
Boundless Life Camps provide children the ultimate camp experience, all under the guidance of passionate educators and camp counselors.
Meanwhile, parents get peace of mind (and a bit of freedom) as their children dive into daily adventures – a win-win summer for the whole family.

The Boundless Camp Experience
Camp days begin with Morning Compass – a welcoming, energizing gathering that helps campers connect to the day and to one another.
Throughout each week, campers have opportunities to try new activities both within their small Adventure Crews and through weekly Choice Labs they select based on their interests. In crews, children build friendships while rotating through hands-on experiences designed to spark curiosity, teamwork, and confidence. In Choice Labs, they dive deeper into activities they’re excited about – from creative studios and maker projects to movement, sports, games, and other activities.
Each week also includes a range of cultural activities and opportunities to get to know their local surroundings.

Cultural & Local Immersion
One of the most unique aspects of Boundless Camps is how they connect campers to the local culture and environment of our host locations.
Every Boundless site – whether it’s castles in Portugal, Balinese island beach life, or a Spanish getaway – becomes a living classroom and playground for the campers!
Local Culture
Through various Culture Quests, children might meet local artisans, try regional games and sports, learn songs in the local language, or explore historic landmarks. For example, in Bali, a Culture Quest might be a visit to a rice farm to learn how rice is grown and harvested by hand.
Culture Quest experiences aren’t presented as dry lessons – they’re hands-on adventures of discovery that make every camper feel more connected to the place they’re in.
By the end of a camp session, children gain a genuine appreciation for the local culture – sharing fascinating facts about the local area, culture, and sometimes new words or phrases in the local language as well.
Outings & Field Trips
Each camp cohort enjoys outings and field trips during their session.
Field trips take campers further off the beaten path for a day of exploration and fun. It might be a trip to a nearby national park for hiking and wildlife spotting, a day at a science museum or aquarium, or a journey to a cultural landmark – like a “castle quest” to explore an ancient castle on a hill.
These outings are carefully planned for both education and excitement, giving children stories they’ll be eager to share. Shorter outings in the local community also integrate into the camp experience.

A Camp Designed for Future-Ready Skills
At Boundless Life, our camps are built on core design principles that make a camp abroad so much more than just a vacation – it’s a journey that equips children with future-ready skills.
Connection and Belonging - is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that from the moment campers join their “Adventure Crews,” every activity is crafted to build authentic relationships.
Culture and Place - where each day’s rhythm is shaped by the unique location – whether it’s local traditions, language, or natural surroundings.
Creativity and Expression - campers get daily opportunities to engage in art, play, and performance, allowing them to express themselves freely and discover new passions in the process.
Adventure and Exploration - are woven into every camp day. From hiking scenic trails to trying a new sport or language – our camp shows children that they can step outside their comfort zones and do ‘hard things.’
Mastery and Growth - campers practice skills, and celebrate their progress, instilling a growth mindset and a sense of accomplishment.
Mindfulness and Wellbeing - is a daily practice: we include gentle moments for reflection, grounding, and gratitude to help children develop focus and emotional balance.
By blending these six principles, we’ve created a truly unique camp experience that goes beyond just having fun. A Boundless Life camp abroad is more than a camp – it’s a life-enriching adventure that helps shape future-ready young explorers.
Safety, Supervision & Staff Excellence
At Boundless, we know that safety and supervision are paramount. We take great care to ensure that every child is well looked after, so parents can feel confident entrusting us with their most precious cargo.
Camper Groups & Ratios: Activities are tailored to be age-appropriate and engaging. We also keep our group sizes small – typically one counselor for every 8–10 campers over age 6, with even lower ratios for younger children (for example, 1:8 for ages 4–6, and 1:4 for toddlers).
Experienced & Qualified Staff: Boundless camp staff are a blend of our experienced educators who work with our world school program and a number of seasonal counselors who are hand-picked for their experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to working with children. All staff are thoroughly background checked and participate in staff training. All staff are First Aid and CPR certified and have experience working with children. Our Boundless staff also lead our off-site field trips.

Flexibility for Families (Parents Included!)
One of the things that sets Boundless apart is that it’s not only kids who get to have an amazing experience – parents get to have their own version of camp life too.
We understand that summer is a time for family adventures – and sometimes, for parents to catch up on work or simply recharge. That’s why we’ve designed our camp program to be as flexible and parent-friendly as possible.
While the children are off learning and playing, parents in our Boundless community might be coworking remotely (our locations provide work-friendly spaces and reliable WiFi), joining a yoga class, or exploring the local community through the many optional parent-only experiences offered during the week. This rare setup lets you vacation and work if needed, guilt-free.
It’s a Life-Changing Experience
Boundless Camps are more than just a way to fill the kids’ school holidays – they are life-changing family experiences wrapped in fun.
Your child will laugh, play, create, and come home each day brimming with stories and newfound independence.
It’s the Boundless way to do summer: full of adventure, friendship, and discovery in a caring community.
